STRATEGIC PLAN

Alianza for Opportunity is a national organization committed to uplifting and empowering Latine/x, Afro-Latine/x, and Indigenous youth, families, and communities. Building on its legacy as Alianza for Youth Justice, the organization has consistently challenged systemic inequities within the criminal legal system.

In 2024, Alianza for Opportunity embarked on an extensive rebrand and visioning process signifying a renewed focus on broader intergenerational collaboration and a mission to foster thriving communities rooted in dignity, healing, and opportunity.

This strategic plan outlines a comprehensive approach to enhancing media presence, diversifying funding sources, strengthening internal capacity, and fostering greater stakeholder engagement. With a commitment to inclusivity, equity, and systemic change, Alianza for Opportunity aims to create sustainable opportunities for transformative impact throughout the US.
